This is a concept that I've created for a friends project. He his currently creating a cabin in the woods 3D game environment and he asked if I could help design the cabin architecture and story for the scene.
The main idea that he wanted to create was that the mother recently passed away and it's now only the father and daughter living here. With this in mind, this image takes place recently after the passing where the father is trying to cope with looking after his daughter on his own. I thought having a meltdown whilst learning to cook would be a good way to portray this.
