I created a Graffiti Generator in Substance Designer for the recent New York Train environment that I made. The generator isn't perfect but it gives you a good head start when making Graffiti Decals that you can take into Photoshop and add to if you like.
This generator has nine different font types with the ability to:
-Colour and gradient adjustments of individual letters and the overall word
-Inner outline
-Drips
-Background paint
-Drop shadow
-3D feature
-different overlapping orders of letters
-automatically creates an alpha for you to then use as a Decal within engine.
You can see example images of the sort of graffiti you can make in the images above and every piece of graffiti in this environment linked below was made with this tool.

I have created a document on how to use this generator here: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AhMiOd5OQq-7ij4XHjBHA_ivCOcW?e=IbkMwN
I'm giving this away for free and hopefully it will come in handy in your own environments.
Nothing new has happened in this release, I've just added a paid version for big studios to use. Adding this paid version because I have a studio interested in using this product but the current available license doesn't cover it. Please continue to use the free version for small projects and personal projects!
